High pressure die casting
In high-pressure die casting, molten metal is injected / poured into an accurate mould under high speed and high pressure. After a solidification time of a few seconds, the die casted piece is take out of the mould. In order to optimally manage the casting process, peripherals are used, casting robot, removal robots, temperature control. Thanks to the automation of the high-pressure foundry, production can be done quickly, without loss of quality.
